Microsoft in China (Courtesy of Reuters)

Good to see that Microsoft aren't letting the minor issue of opression and condoning tyrants get in the way of a quick buck.

"MSN China Internet venture is censoring words such as "freedom," "democracy" and "human rights" on its free online journals, Microsoft said on Tuesday"

Well, nice ethical stance there. Once again large multi billion dollar corporations decide that ethics aren't a good enough reason not to do something. So what people aren't allowed to write about Freedom and Human Rights, microsoft might earn a quick buck.

Open source alternatives, here I come.
